All non-technical queries regarding the domain name shall be directed to the Administrative Contact.
Once a domain name is successfully registered, the Administrative Contact is allowed to do the following tasks:

  • Appoint a new Technical Contact
  • Appoint a new Billing Contact
  • Change password

This is the person who maintains the domain name's primary name server, secondary name server, resolver software and the domain name database files. This person keeps the name server running.
The Technical Contact answers all queries regarding technical matters, and interacts with technical people in other domains to solve problems affecting the domain name. Only the owner and the Admin Contact person listed in the Registration form will receive e-mail notification from NITC when the registration is completed.
Once a domain name is successfully registered, the Technical Contact is allowed to modify Technical Information and DNS data:

  • Log in by using username and password
  • Enter Modification Form
  • Add new DNS record to activate the domain name.
  • Modify primary name server record.

  • All modifications will be verified by the DNS admin in NITC.
